If you love the site, support Guy and his efforts. There's the added bonuses of donations as well. I'm not here to say Guy's never helped me out. I tend to run 5 leagues at a time. But I donate each time
donation expires, and try to exercise a 2:1, at least 1:1 donate to ask for a league renewal ratio.
Example right now, have two leagues up for renewal. Ill pay $20 and ask Guy if he can renew the other.
As a working family man myself, I understand the concept of 'love alone doesn't pay the bills'.

Well since we know he’s a minor...I’m sure he has no PayPal account (this is feasible but the $ has to come from somewhere), access to his bank accounts, or Credit Cards to use

This may not be the case for him, but some parents may think spending $20 would be a 'waste' of money.

Likely true. But that being the case, maybe he should just focus on playing in someone else's leagues.
He should not be a commissioner anyway with his track record.

Not defending him by any means, but with what Gordo said, I can say that my own parents are like that, at least with things THEY consider to be "waste of money", even if I disagree

Agreed, he may not be best suited for comish duties. But if he wanted a sandbox league and can't pay for it, it may be because his parents don't wanna pay.

But if his parent don't want to, then go out and find a way to earn the $20. Why should there be a hand-out from someone here IF someone's parents think its a waste. Go earn 20, give it to dad and ask him to use his card or Apple Pay.
I mean. we don't know why he cant come up with the money. So play the free game. Learn it. Let someone who wants to mentor him make him a co-commish or assistant and tell him what his responsibilities are as assistant and teach him.
God, I was delivering newspapers as an early teen at 5 a.m. before school. Turned 16 and got a job at a deli. I needed money and my parents didnt have it.
We have to stop coddling our youth and teach them they need to earn it. Taking hand outs for the things you don't have and want lead to expecting them and and there is a lack of self esteem in that. Entitlement comes to mind as well.

I never said give it to him...just was looking at the logistics of a young user here.
