Recruiting for New League

It's been a long time since I ran a league (8 years???), but I've got the itch back and am looking forward to building a competitive league with defunct baseball teams of the past.

This will be a promotion and relegation league, 10 teams in the majors, 10 teams in the minors. The player database will be made up of real MLB players (but not necessary all-time greats or their greatest seasons)

There will be contracts and salary caps, progressions and yearly rookie drafts, however I don't intend for this to be an overly complicated league, but rather one where many teams are viable contenders each year.

I'm starting recruitment early, hoping to have a full slate of owners by the time we're ready to start. I'd love to get 20 owners and not take a team.
