Again, wow...

Again, wow...

I previously mentioned how good my Mark McGwire is in this same league, but I had to give some attention to 66 rank SP Curt Schilling, who is not only 14-1 with a sub-3.00 ERA, but as of writing this also has won 9 straight starts

I know Schilling has won a few 1970-present league Cy Youngs, but since it's quite uncommon, if not rare, I felt had to point his dominance out lol

Re: Again, wow...

The wow is he's been on fire 10/20 starts. That's 50% when it should be 20% based on his fire stat. Maybe he wont cool off!

Re: Re: Again, wow...

Schilling has a Fire rating of 21 so is that out of 100% - you said he should be on fire about 20% of the time.

Only Reason I ask is that Matt Olsen seems to be on Fire way more than 31% of the time and he's a 31 Fire - not arguing, just wondering

Re: Again, wow...

Yes it’s percent of 100. He has 21% chance of being on fire every time he enters a game. That goes for all pitchers and their fire/percentage. For hitters it’s much different. He’d only have 31 percent chance if he batted first. Otherwise, if any batter before him is on fire he has no chance, so Olson with 31 should have much less than 31% games with fire (again, unless he bats first).

I can’t even find an Olson to look at. He doesn’t seem to be in any best of leagues. I know he’s in our best of the best leagues but both in offseason now. I checked a bunch of fav teams leagues but no Olson.

Re: Re: Again, wow...

Do you have an Olsen (not Olson)?

Re: Again, wow...

Ya I am always miss spelling his name, can never remember if its an O or E 4th letter
