Any chance there could be some Offensive strategy setting that could be added like in baseball? The big one is a setting to adjust the amount of 3 point shots taken. I know if I draft guys with lower attempts this would adjust, but I think there should be a setting that allows us to have the percentage of 3's vs 2's to be increased, lowered or set as normal.

Maybe things like more aggressive Def. would cause more steals and blocks, but also create more open shots and fouls.

Just a thought. seems like there are far more setting in baseball and I get that, but I think there are a few things that could help make the basketball game a bit more on the owner to pick his style.

This is easy for me to say without knowing how to do it, so feel free to tell me good idea but NO. Or bad idea and no!!!!

I know there has been push back (by myself and others) against the idea of individually changing 3's per player (like telling Harden to stop shooting threes, as if that would ever happen).

But an overall team tweak doesn't seem as egregious and could be a fun strategy lever.

That said, I'm not exactly jumping on bball items because there's been such little traction for the game (even though I think it's great!) but I will definitely keep this on the ist.

I understand. I myself am not an NBA guy but love both baseball and basketball for the made up player pools that progress.

You keeping it in mind is all I can ask. I agree and don’t think individual controls are near as real as a team one where a coach really could put a scheme in that would scale back the overall number.

I would love to see a Favorite Teams feature for hoops. It would be fun to see if the Jazz could ever win a title with Malone, Stockton, Goebert, Mitchell, Maravich, etc.

Obviously, teams like the Celtics and Lakers would have a huge advantage, but we could limit them to 2-3 season while most other teams had 3-4 seasons to choose from.

Maybe that would entice JaySlater to return to try and win a title with every NBA franchise.

That's too bad there hasn't been much traction. It really is a great game and I'm not much of an NBA guy either...but love all things sim! :)

Would love that. Most likely bball needs a little more usage to invest in that feature though. I don’t think a ton of people watch the baseball replays.
