Welcome to the Auto League

Auto Leagues are seasons that last about two months, with 2 or 3 sims per day. Since this league is run with essentially no commissioner, there is a trade limit and a supplemental draft after Game 3 (more info below). Please be reasonable with your transactions, and report any bad owners using the feedback form.

League Status: Season underway.
Owners Joined: 12 of 12

You can draft your team as soon as you sign up! You will select one player from each positional group until you have 23 players. (The Draft link appears on the league homepage and your team page when you are signed in.)

The draft only represents a random subset of players available. Once the season begins, you can adjust your roster via free agency or trades. (You can carry up to 25 players on your major league roster.)

This is NOT a keeper league, so once your team's season is over, you can stay in this league and re-draft next season, or quit and join a new Auto League.

Supplemental Draft
Once the season begins, you can start ranking players for the supplemental draft, which takes place after Game 3. Please be sure to read the League Rules for further details!

When do games start?
After all teams have an owner and have drafted, the games will begin. You will get an email after the first game notifying you that the league has started. Free agency will open after the Supplemental Draft runs on Day 4.

What time are games played?
Barring any issues with the servers, games are auto-simmed 2 or 3 times a day, starting as early as 1:00am and ending as late as 11:00pm Pacific Time. Users can sim games from the My League List page every eight hours. This allows the league to keep moving if the server has issues or the participants in the league want to move the season along slightly faster than the auto sims allow. There will always be at least eight hours between games so managers can react if desired.

Can I customize my team?
Yes! You can change your team name, logo, and more via the "Owner Console" on your "My Team" page before the season begins and up until the 5th game of the season.

World Series and post-season
Division winners and one wild card reach the post-season. Owners can leave the league once their team is elimnated, or wait until the playoffs are over and re-draft the next season.

For more info, be sure to read the League Rules.

I'm always eager to here what you enjoy or think can be improved with the site, so stay in touch via the feedback form and follow site updates on the news & notes page.

4/26/2015 Royals In Another Brawlroyalsblues
I'm going to try to be as unbiased in my response as I can, which is difficult since I'm a Royals fan.

The Trout thing was stupid and all on Ventura.

Lawrie had taken out Alcides the night before, so Ventura backs up his shortstop. I was at this game and have no issue with it frankly. Herrera plunking Lawrie the next day was stupid, it was over with Ventura.

If you watch the view from centerfield, Eaton is clearly jawing Ventura, most videos don't show this view. What he said, no clue. Apparently, he was upset about being quick pitched. Ventura's immaturity comes out, which everyone did see. Why Eaton didn't get suspended I have no clue, he did the same thing as Ventura did.

What you don't see, or hear about, is Samardzija, who was jawing Ventura LAST YEAR in the WC game. Then plunked Cain in the season opener. And earlier in the 7th inning he had been yelling from the dugout at Christian Colon after he lined into a double play. If you saw the video, you would have also seen him charge after Cain and face palm 3B coach Mike Jirschele's head into the ground(sort of fell on him).

I'm not saying Ventura is innocent. He needs to grow up, throw the ball to first and walk off the field. Eaton instigated the whole thing and gets nothing. Sale not only gets tossed from the game but goes out of his way to go to the Royals clubhouse to provoke Ventura.

Royals batters have HBP 17(now 18 with Mous getting hit by Danks), Royals pitchers 5, 3 by Ventura. He also throws upper 90's and often has trouble throwing strikes, guys are going to get hit, not all were in retaliation or "starting" something.

Crash, maybe you can tell me what his 4th incident was, as I don't remember another.

Bbfan, I didn't see Ventura start the brawl. He was walking off the field until the ump stopped him from doing so. As Mous was pushing Ventura off the field, a scuffle broke out and they ran back out there. I honestly didn't see who started it.
