21-23 free agents
Does anyone know this answer, if i have a league that i want to include 21-23 year players, no duplicates, is this possible, and if so, if scherzer is in there for 21-23, will he be in there 3 times? or if someone drafts him it will remove him?

Commish/Import Historic Player or Team/Import Best Players from a Range
The rest is self explanatory. In your example, it's going to choose what the sim thinks is the best season for Max Scherzer (out of your range) and import just that season. So it will likely import 2021 Scherzer if you select Do Not Import Dupes.
If you don't select Do Not Import Dupes then it will likely import 2021 Scherzer, 2022 Scherzer and maybe 2023 Scherzer. They are all treated as separate players if you allow dupes.

best players to import? does that mean it will import say a player like tomas nido best season of the 3, or since he is not a best player it wont even import him??

it likely won't import him. Try it out - you've got commissioner access to 4 leagues.

ok i tested it out, problem is ohtani, had a monster year last year when i choose to import 21-23 it is choosing his 2022 season doesnt make sense, more hrs, more rbi, better avg,obp,and slg and ops in 2023 any ideas if i am doing anything worng?

as commish you can delete him in the season imported. Then add him in the specific season you want via the "add historic player" on your commish tools page. In he player management section
